Professional coffee machine - Zenius ZN100

The machine was simply put in a box and shipped. No wrapping, padding or any type of thought or care was taken into packing this for safe delivery. The unit was filthy and the box was full of dirt. And to make matters worse, on the first use, it leaked water and barely poured any coffee. Terrible experience
