Cancellation of an order
To cancel an order in progress, please email us. If your order has already been sent, you will need to wait to receive it, then contact us and request a return authorization number. Finally, you can return the product(s) with a return form that we will provide to you by email.
Merchandise return
It is possible to return your merchandise within 30 days of your order receipt date. The products must be intact and in their original packaging.
To return your order or certain products, simply send us an
email to obtain a return authorization number and specify the product(s) you wish to return. Further instructions will be provided to you.
The refund will be made to your credit card or Paypal account within 1 to 3 working days following receipt of the product at our warehouse and evaluation of its condition by our company. The refund is effective on the value paid by the customer on the product(s) including taxes, less the amount of the delivery.
Important: We do not accept returns of merchandise from the United States.
