Whipped coffee also known as Dalgona coffee is delicious and very trendy. It got popular on Tik Tok and now you can try this simple recipe. Be aware that this recipe is more of a dessert than a conventional espresso coffee. With the amount of sugar put in this recipe, it’s obviously a sugar treat.

The ingredients are:

• 2 tablespoons of sugar
• 2 tablespoons of instant coffee or coffee beans ground finer than what you might do for a regular coffee.
• 2 tablespoons of cold water
• Ice and milk

Mix sugar, coffee, and cold water in a bowl. Whisk those ingredients aggressively for a while until the mixture becomes thick. This process might take a bit of effort on your part but you will be happy you did!

When the mixture is thick, take a glass or a mug a fill it with milk and ice. Then, swirl the coffee mixture into the glass or mug and mix before drinking.
